Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- For the purpose of purchasing a product or service.

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
- If making a transaction as a guest, we will record your public IP address to identify you.

We use the information that you have given us in order to satisfy purchases for products and services made by you, we may get in contact with you offering promotions for products and services that you may opt out of at any time by getting in contact with us.

We may share this information with Zestsoft Ltd who provide hosting/IT services for our digital infrastructure. During payments, personal information you provide may be shared with Stripe for transaction validation.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:
1. Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting us via the contact information at the top of this page.
2. We have a contractual obligation to satisfy orders/purchased of products or services by you.
3. We have a legitimate interest for the purpose of security.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored within the UK.

We keep your personal information for 18 months if your account remains inactive. We will then dispose your information by electronically deleting your record.

Delivery and Returns


Orders that are received by 3pm will be dispatched that day, excluding Sunday. Any orders that are received after 3pm will be dispatched on the next available postal day.

Standard Returns Policy

Bellino provide a very high standard of quality goods and each item is checked prior to shipping to ensure that they are in perfect condition and must be returned to us in the same condition. Unwanted items are to be returned to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Any items returned for any reason other than defect, incomplete or incorrect delivery, it is your responsibility to arrange and pay for return shipment to us at the below address:

In order to receive a refund (excluding original delivery charge) the items need to be in their original condition; unused, unworn, undamaged and in a resaleable condition. Where possible, the items must also be in their original packaging. Please take care when trying on items and avoid wearing any makeup, deodorant or jewellery that may leave a scent, mark or damage the item. If any items are returned in an unsaleable condition we will not be able to accept them for return.


Please try footwear indoors and on a carpeted area so to avoid marking the soles as we will not be able to accept shoes for return if they have a marked sole.

How To Make a Return

We recommend that you return your items to us using recorded or signed for delivery. You remain responsible for the safekeeping and care of the items until they are received back in-store. We cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of returned items or damage to said items when they are in transit.

Late Returns

Any unwanted items should be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Orders returned outwith this time frame will only be refunded by a credit note, with a discount code to enable you to redeem such credit online, which will be deducted from your next purchase. Please note that it remains at our discretion as to whether or not we accept items returned outwith the 14 days. Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.


Once we have received the returned items we will process a refund to your account within 24 hours of receipt. Refunds shall be issued to the credit or debit card or PayPal account used to make the payment. For late returns, credit notes shall be issued with instructions as to how to redeem on your next purchase.

Faulty Items
